Information on how to book

To validate your reservation, we will ask you for a deposit of 30%. The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival. The balance can be paid via our secure website.

We accept bank cards, cheques, transfers, holiday vouchers, ANCV E-connect and cash.

We are not approved by VACAF.

We do not accept minors who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pets (except class 1 and 2) are allowed for a supplement of 4 euros per night. They must be kept on a leash on the campsite.

Don't hesitate to take out cancellation insurance at a rate of 6% of the total cost of your stay. Without cancellation insurance, no refund will be made by the campsite.

Information before your departure

We remind you that arrivals are from 3pm to 6pm (please contact us on 05 46 23 20 18 or 06 84 58 77 08 for arrivals outside these times). Departures are from 8.30 am (8.00 am for Wednesdays and Saturdays in July and August) to 10 am.

Please provide a deposit of 250 euros (guarantee for the mobile home and for the cleaning).

The reception is located at 167 av de la Grande Côte, 17420 Saint Palais sur mer. It is open from 8:30 am to 12:00 am and from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm (and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm in season).

In the 1 bedroom chalet, the Confort 18 and Confort 24, TV rental (HD satellite) is an additional 28 euros per week or 4 euros per day for short stays. As a reminder, TV rental is included in all other accommodations.

Information during your stay

The reception of your Royan campsite is open from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm (3 pm to 7 pm between 1 July and 31 August).

Vehicles can circulate from 7.30am to 11.30pm in the campsite. Outside these hours, no entry or exit is possible (except in case of emergency, in this case call 05 46 23 20 18 or 06 84 58 77 08).

A collective barbecue is available. On your pitch only gas and electric barbecues are allowed.

A compost bin allows you to sort your bio-waste: a nice gesture for the planet!
